Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Sets the standard the company is measured against and owns client relationships at the top. Decides what Workerz will and won't take on, and carries the consequence when a program doesn't go the way it should.
Suleman Rauf
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Owns the structure underneath a program: what it costs to run properly, how many seats it genuinely needs, and whether it can still be delivered in month six to the standard set in week one. Grew the operation from twenty people to over a hundred without letting quality slip while it happened.
Sandeer Sheikh
Managing Director, Compliance & Sales
Oversees the compliance and QA managers on one side and the sales managers on the other. Reviews what QA finds and takes it to the floor as coaching rather than a complaint. Before a transfer reaches a licensed agent, it has passed checks he's accountable for.
